The tracks are wider, front and rear. suspension tuning is more aggressive, with stiffer springs, firmer dampers and larger stabilizer bars. The braking system – originally developed for the Z06 – features cross-drilled rotors and six-piston front and four-piston rear calipers. The Grand Sport five-spoke aluminum wheels sport massive Goodyear® Eagle® f1 Supercar tires. When you choose the Grand Sport Coupe equipped with the six-speed manual transmission your car will also include a dry-sump oil system that will ensure the 430-horsepower ls3 v8 gets the lubrication it needs, even during the most aggressive cornering and braking manoeuvres.
